Abstract:
A low temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) display panel and a liquid crystal display, comprising a color film substrate (10), an array substrate (20) and a sealant (30);
the array substrate (20) comprises: a glass substrate (21), a functional structural layer and a third inorganic dielectric film layer (27);
the third inorganic dielectric film layer (27) is connected to the sealant (30), and a portion on the third inorganic dielectric film layer (27) close to the sealant (30) is provided with at least one row of first crack-proof holes (271); each row of first crack-proof holes (271) comprises a plurality of first crack-proof holes (271) arranged in a direction parallel to the sealant (30).
