Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a positioning detection apparatus for the main axis of a vertical machining center, comprising a first detection point and a first proximity switch provided opposite to said first detection point; Said first detection point rotates along with said main axis; Said first proximity switch is used to detect if said primary detection point is located at a preset position when said vertical machining center receives a blade replacement instruction. The technical solution of the present application implements main axis position detection during blade replacement of the vertical machining center by means of the first proximity switch and the first detection point, thus effectively avoiding collision between the main axis and a blade magazine, and thereby effectively guaranteeing the smoothness and accuracy of blade changing; in addition, the technical solution of the present application features simple structure and relatively low cost.
