Abstract:
A lyoprotectant suitable for an oncolytic virus, comprising in percentage by mass: 3-10% of sucrose, 0.3-1.0% of gelatin, 0.1-1.0% of human serum albumin (HAS), and 0.1-1.0% of sodium glutamate. A freeze-dried preparation is more stable and easy to store than a liquid preparation, and the titer and tumor lethality after freeze-drying remain stable.
