Abstract:
The present application provides a lyosphere pre-embedding structure, a digital microfluidic chip, and a pre-embedding and liquid injection method. The lyosphere pre-embedding structure comprises a freeze-dried blister and a sample injection seat, and a sample injection cavity is formed in the sample injection seat. A liquid injection column is provided in the sample injection cavity, a lyosphere placement cavity is formed in the liquid injection column, and a lyosphere is provided in the lyosphere placement cavity. The freeze-dried blister is embedded into the sample injection cavity, a diluent tank in which a diluent is injected is provided in the freeze-dried blister, the diluent tank and the liquid injection column are matched and nested, and the diluent tank is packaged by using a packaging film after the diluent is injected into the diluent tank. The freeze-dried blister is pressed into the sample injection cavity, the liquid injection column punctures the packaging film, and the diluent enters the lyosphere placement cavity to dissolve the lyosphere. The present application realizes normal-temperature transportation of the digital microfluidic chip, saves the transportation cost, and improves the stability and reliability of chip reagent pre-embedding.
