Abstract:
The present invention comprises a movable drum base (4), a drum (5) that has a circular external shape and is installed in the drum base (4), and a quill spindle (6) that passes through the drum (5) in the axial direction and can adjust the protruding amount thereof from the drum (5), wherein: the drum (5) can rotate within the drum base (4) as a result of providing a bearing along the circumference of the drum (5) so as to be interposed between the drum base (4) and drum (5); and positioning of a tool (10) mounted to the quill spindle (6) can be performed by moving the drum base (4), rotating the drum (5), and adjusting the protruding amount of the quill spindle (6) from the drum (5).
