Abstract:
This measurement device (1) comprises: a first member (10) which has disposed therein a thermal resistor (40) having a temperature sensor for measuring heat flux transferred from a measurement object; a second member (20) which is disposed in a housing comprising a bottom surface frame (11) and a side surface frame (12) of the first member (10) and which suppresses the influence of an outside-air disturbance, caused by the outside air flow or changes in temperature, on the temperature sensor; and a third member (30) which seals the top surface part of the first member (10). to suppress the influence of an outside-air disturbance on the thermal resistor, and that allows accurate estimation of the temperature in a deep part of the measurement object.
