Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a machining tool capable of effectively cooling machining heat and a machining device using the machining tool. This machining device is a machining tool 100 having a rotation axis Ar, and is provided with: a cup-shaped tool body 110 that includes an upper portion 110a, a side wall 110b, and a bottom portion 110c; and a peripheral wall 120 provided to the tool body 110 so as to surround the outer periphery of the side wall 110a. The problem is solved by a plurality of through holes 102a through which a liquid can pass being formed in the side wall.
