A maglev vehicle. A grounding device (100) is provided at the bottom of the maglev vehicle, the grounding device (100) comprises a first electrically conductive cable (110), a grounding brush device (120), a grounding rail (130) and a second electrically conductive cable (140), one end of the first electrically conductive cable (110) being mounted on a vehicle body (200), and the other end thereof being mounted on a suspension frame (400); the grounding brush device (120) is mounted on the bottom of a side of the suspension frame (400), and the grounding rail (130) is mounted on a main rail strut (510) and corresponds to the position of the grounding brush device (120); one end of the second electrically conductive cable (140) is mounted on the grounding rail (130), and the other end thereof is mounted on the ground. Such a maglev vehicle is equipped with a grounding device, so that the vehicle and the parts thereof are kept in an equipotential state while the maglev vehicle is inbound, ensuring the passengers' personal safety, improving the passengers' ride comfort level and protecting the parts of the vehicle.
