Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of electronic elements, in particular to a magnetic bead, a bias circuit, an optical module, and a communication device. The magnetic bead comprises: a magnetic bead body, a first fixing terminal, a second fixing terminal, and an external terminal; the first fixing terminal and the second fixing terminal are connected to the magnetic bead body; the first fixing terminal and the second fixing terminal are used for fixing the magnetic bead body; the magnetic bead body comprises a coil structure; the coil structure has a first electrical connecting end and a second electrical connecting end; and at least one of the first electrical connecting end and the second electrical connecting end is electrically connected to the external terminal, wherein the area of the external terminal is smaller than the area of the first fixing terminal and the second fixing terminal. An internal parasitic capacitance of the magnetic bead in the present application is relatively low, and when the magnetic bead is applied to the bias circuit, an external parasitic capacitance generated between the magnetic bead and a substrate of the bias circuit is also relatively low, such that the magnetic bead has a relatively high bandwidth.
