Disclosed in the present invention are a magnetic member, a vibration device, a magnetizing apparatus, and an integrated magnetizing method. The magnetic member comprises: at least two magnet portions (10), each of the magnet portions (10) comprising two magnetic poles; and a non-magnetic portion (11) disposed between two adjacent magnet portions (10), the magnetic poles of the magnet portion (10) and the non-magnetic portion (11) being disposed along an axis of the magnetic member. The vibration device of the present invention comprises the magnetic member. The magnetizing apparatus and the integrated magnetizing method of the present invention are used for manufacturing the magnetic member. In the present invention, the magnetic member is an integrated part, and the dimensional accuracy of the magnetic member can be ensured by a machining process. Compared with a form of connection by means of a plurality of magnets, and the dimensional accuracy of the magnetic member is higher. When the magnetic member is assembled with other components, higher assembly precision can be obtained, so that the overall operation performance of the product is improved.
