Abstract:
A magnetic resonance imaging device according to an embodiment is characterized in that the device comprises: an imaging condition setting unit which sets imaging conditions for a main scan; a pre-scan execution unit which repeats pre-scans that are performed using the imaging conditions for the main scan and a center frequency that is input so as to be changeable in order to generate a pre-image in real time; a display unit which displays the pre-image in real time; an optimum center frequency setting unit which changes the center frequency to change the occurrence state of banding artifacts and sets an optimum center frequency by user operation based on observation of the pre-image; and a main scan execution unit which uses the set optimum center frequency to reconstruct a diagnostic image.
