Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetic suspension axial flow fan having a guide vane regulator, comprising a fan assembly, a motor assembly and an intake guide vane regulator that are sequentially arranged in a straight line. A motor barrel is disposed on an outer side of the motor assembly. The fan assembly comprises a static impeller and a moving impeller, the static impeller being fixedly connected to one end of the motor barrel. The moving impeller and the static impeller are arranged adjacent to one another. The motor assembly comprises a main shaft, a rotor assembly, and a stator assembly. The moving impeller is fixedly connected to the main shaft and the main shaft drives the moving impeller to rotate. The end of the motor barrel facing the intake guide vane regulator is provided with an air intake fairing, the air intake fairing being provided with an air inlet. One end of the main shaft is fixedly provided with a heat dissipation impeller directly facing the air inlet. A cooling flow channel corresponding to the air inlet is disposed inside of the motor barrel. The air inlet is provided with a control valve. The intake guide vane regulator comprises a housing that is fixedly connected to one end of the motor barrel and the housing is provided with a plurality of intake guide vanes in the circumferential direction thereof. The intake guide vanes each comprise a passive guide vane and an active guide vane that is connected to a driving element.
