Abstract:
Disclosed is a malfunction diagnostic system based on machine learning and a rule using building energy public data. Configured are: an energy consumption amount data collection module for collecting energy consumption amount data of a building from a building energy management system; a building facility operation data collection module for collecting building facility operation data of the building from the building energy management system; an energy consumption amount output module for outputting an energy consumption amount from the energy consumption amount data collected by the energy consumption amount data collection module; and a building facility operation data output module for outputting the building facility operation data collected by the building facility operation data collection module. According to the malfunction diagnostic system and method based on machine learning and a rule using building energy public data, there is an effect of building energy-related big data being available in units of entire cities or regions instead of in units of buildings, by adding remote reading public data and building facility information data to building energy data, thereby generating integrated public data. Also, by being configured to integrally apply, for each building, malfunction diagnosis on the basis of a rule and malfunction diagnosis on the basis of machine learning when performing malfunction diagnosis, there is an effect of enabling adaptive malfunction diagnosis for various buildings.
