Abstract:

A management device 20 for a water treatment facility using a membrane separation device is provided with: a water treatment facility information receiving unit 21 for receiving operating information and cleaning solution stock information transmitted via a communications medium from management terminals 11 – 1n for managing operating information for a water treatment system wherein the membrane separation device is installed; an inter-membrane pressure differential prediction unit 23 for predicting trends in inter-membrane pressure differential for the water treatment system on the basis of the operating information; a chemical cleaning planning unit 24 for creating a chemical cleaning plan such that chemical cleaning is performed before the value or rate of change of the inter-membrane pressure differential predicted by the inter-membrane pressure differential prediction unit reaches a set value; a solution order placement information generating unit 27 for generating solution order placement information on the basis of the chemical cleaning plan and cleaning solution stock information; and a solution order placement information transmission unit 28 for transmitting solution order placement information generated by the solution order placement generating unit to an external device including the management terminals.
