Abstract:
In constructing a manhole structure (1) in which a manhole (2) and a pipe (3) are interconnected, first, a manhole structure water−stop flexible joint (4) is prepared. Such manhole structure water−stop flexible joint (4) has a rigid cylindrical body (5) and a cylindrical flexible body (6), the cylindrical flexible body (6) comprising a cover portion (6a) fixed to the outer periphery of the pipe (3), a fixed portion (6b) fixed to the manhole (2), and a connecting portion (6c) disposed in a space between the cylindrical body and the pipe, positioned inside the cylindrical body, and connecting the cover portion (6a) and fixed portion (6b), the fixed portion (6b) being fixed to the outer periphery of the cylindrical body (5), the connecting portion (6c) being formed of an elastic body that accommodates the displacement between the manhole (2) and pipe (3). Next, such manhole structure water−stop flexible joint (4) is installed on the outer periphery of the pipe (3), the cover portion (6a) of the cylindrical flexible body (6) is fixed to the outer periphery of the pipe (3), and a manhole filler is pored around the outer periphery of the fixed portion (6b).
