Abstract:
Provided is a manipulation monitoring system which is capable of specifying, from among a plurality of monitoring modules, a monitoring module which has been manipulated. A management device is provided with: an acquisition unit for newly acquiring a monitoring module which has not been manipulated; a generation unit for altering the acquired monitoring module and generating a decoy monitoring module; a transmission unit for transmitting the generated decoy monitoring module to an information security device and installing the decoy monitoring module; a reception unit for receiving, from the information security device after the decoy monitoring module has been installed, monitoring results produced by each monitoring module with respect to other monitoring modules; and a determination unit for using the received monitoring results to specify a monitoring module which determines that the decoy monitoring module is normal, and for determining the specified monitoring module as being abnormal.
