Abstract:
A manual high-temperature and high-pressure hydrophobic ball valve, comprising a valve body (7), a ball body (5) and a valve rod (15); the bottom of the valve rod (15) is connected to the ball body (5); a medium inlet and a medium outlet are respectively provided in two sides within the valve body (7); an inlet valve seat (4) is provided in the valve body (7) on the side of the medium inlet; an outlet valve seat (6) is provided in the valve body (7) on the side of the medium outlet; a step having a reduced diameter is provided at one end, closer to the medium outlet, of the outlet valve seat (6); a step hole, matched with the step of the outlet valve seat (6), is provided on the valve body (7); an end surface b on the step of the outlet valve seat (6) and an end surface fitting the step hole of the valve body (7) are slightly match grinded to achieve a full plane, realizing sealing; and an interference fit is formed between a cylindrical surface a on the step of the outlet valve seat (6) and the step hole of the valve body (7).
