Abstract:
This manufacturing apparatus (91) for a hairpin conductor comprises: an index table (71) that intermittently rotates about a rotation axis line (CL7); a plurality of grippers (721–726) that are provided to the index table (71) at an angle pitch (θp), and that are capable of gripping linear cut wire members (Wc) in a radially extending horizontal orientation; and a plurality of station devices (1–5) that are arranged around the index table (71) at the angle pitch (θp), and that process the cut wire members (Wc) that are gripped by the gripper (721) in a stepwise manner, thereby forming the cut wire members into three-dimensional hairpin conductors (Wg). The plurality of station devices (1–5) include bending devices (1–3) and a pressing device (4), and the order of arrangement in the rotation direction of the index table (71) is set.
