Abstract:
Provided are a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a rolled rubber member with improved air dispersion during vulcanization at the interface of rubber layers, and which enables blister faults to be effectively suppressed. In this manufacturing method for a rolled rubber member, a first rubber layer is formed by a pair of rolling rollers, a second rubber layer is formed by another pair of rolling rollers, and this first rubber layer and second rubber layer are laminated to form the rolled rubber member. At least one separately fed thread is inserted between the first rubber layer and the second rubber layer, thereby embedding the thread along the longitudinal direction of the rolled rubber member.
