Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for a middle-high voltage corrosion foil for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, comprising the following steps: a middle-high voltage electronic aluminum plain foil is soaked and pretreated by means of sodium hydroxide solution; hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid solution are used for electrifying hole etching corrosion; hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid solution are used for electrifying hole enlarging corrosion; nitric acid solution is used for soaking; after pure water cleaning, primary nitrogen protection annealing and secondary nitrogen protection annealing heat treatments are carried out. According to the present invention, two stages of annealing heat treatments are used, comprising a heating stage, a primary constant temperature stage, a linear temperature changing stage, a secondary constant temperature stage, and a cooling stage. According to the present invention, by means of two stages of nitrogen protection annealing heat treatments, the bending performance of an electrode foil is improved by using recovery and recrystallization processes of aluminum metal. After the corrosion foil prepared in the present invention is subjected to formation treatment, the bending performance is improved by 20% or above, and the miniaturization of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor is significantly promoted.
