Abstract:
The present application provides a video processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a server adding perceptual attribute information of an object and spatial position information of the object to a video code stream or video file and encapsulating said video code stream or video file, said perceptual attribute information being used for representing a property which the object presents when perceived by a user; a terminal device obtaining the video code stream or video file carrying the perceptual attribute information of the object and the spatial position information of the object, and, on the basis of the behavior of the user, combining the perceptual attribute information of the object with the spatial position information of the object, and performing perceptual rendering of the perceptual attributes of the object. In the video processing method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present application, it is possible to associate the perceptual attributes of an object with the spatial position of the object, thereby achieving a better user experience.
