Abstract:
The present invention relates to a marine cylinder oil composition, preparation method and use thereof. The composition comprises the following components by weight: 1-8% alkyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium, 3-12% vulcanized alkyl phenol calcium, 0-6% dispersant, 0-3% anti-wear agent, and base oil balance, the cylinder oil composition having a total base number of 38.6-41.9 mgKOH/g. Further provided are a preparation method of the composition and use in marine fuel having a sulfur content of 0.5-2.5%. The cylinder oil composition can satisfy the usage need of marine fuel having a sulfur content of 0.5-2.5%, has superior performance in cleaning dispersion, oxidation resistance and wear resistance, and in a service test of a low-speed crosshead marine engine, the comprehensive performance of the cylinder oil composition meets OEM technical requirements.
