Abstract:
Provided are a material for detecting an anti-MOG autoantibody in a human body fluid, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. An MOG antigen is coated on an NC membrane to prepare a material for detecting an anti-MOG receptor; a specific MOG antibody in human serum and cerebrospinal liquid can bind to the antigen; color development is carried out using an alkaline phosphatase substrate-ligand reaction; and a sealing material is added during the color development reaction, and it is possible to directly judge whether a test sample contains an MOG antibody by means of a visual inspection. The method has the advantages of a high sensitivity, simple operation, rapid detection etc., and contributes to the recognition and diagnosis of anti-MOG receptor encephalitis.
