Abstract:
A material filling apparatus for a carbon production process, comprising: a processing box (1) and a dust collecting box (5) fixedly provided at the center of the top of the processing box (1). Rectangular grooves for fixedly mounting feeding hoppers 4 are provided on both sides of the upper end surface of the processing box (1); an air pump (6) is provided at the center of the upper end surface of the dust collecting box (5), and both sides of the dust collecting box (5) are connected to dust removal pipes (501) respectively communicated with the two feeding hoopers (4); the air pump (6) is connected to a suction pipe extending into the dust collecting box (5); a through groove for mounting a breathable net is formed in the back of the dust collecting box (5), and a dust collecting net (502) is mounted in the dust collecting box (5); a processing bin (101) is provided in the processing box (1), and a particle adsorption machine (9) is provided at the center of the inner wall of the top of the processing box (1); and an adsorption pipe (10) is connected to the center of the lower end surface of the particle adsorption machine (9). The material filling apparatus used in the carbon production process is reasonable in structure, convenient for dust adsorption during material filling and easy to clear a filtering net, and thus, a filtering effect is improved, and the practicability is strong.
