Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a waveform image generation unit (21) for generating a waveform image obtained by graphing a detection signal that is input via an input unit (20) from a plurality of sensors (30, 31) arranged in a manufacturing device; a model data generation unit (22) for generating model data in which a waveform image generated by the waveform generation unit (21) in a state in which each of the sensors (30, 31) is in a normal state and quality information about the waveform image are linked to each other; a model data storage unit (23) for storing the generated model data; and an image comparison unit (24) for comparing a waveform image, which has been obtained by the waveform image generation unit (21) and for which a determination is to be made, to a waveform image of the model data stored in the model data storage unit (23), calculating a degree of similarity between the images, and thereby determining whether a product is normal or abnormal.
