Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a measurement device capable of simultaneously measuring activities such as photosynthesis activity and respiratory activity based on oxygen concentration and the like for a plurality of measurement samples. As shown in FIG. 6, a measurement device 1 is provided with: a measurement block 2 provided with a plurality of recesses 10 which serve as sample measurement chambers; a chamber body 3 in which the measurement block 2 is housed; a chamber lid 4 for closing an upper opening of the chamber body 3; an inner lid 5 that is capable of sliding upward and downward with respect to the chamber body 3 and has, on the lower surface thereof, a plurality of plug members 11 for individually sealing the plurality of recesses 10 of the measurement block 2 in conjunction with the downward sliding; a gas inlet port 6A that is mounted to the chamber body 3 and allows an arbitrary gas to enter a space S between the measurement block 2 and the inner lid 5 within the chamber body 3 and a gas outlet port 6B that discharges the arbitrary gas from the space S; and a concentration measurement unit 7 capable of measuring the concentration of a predetermined gas within each recess 10 of the measurement block 2.
