Abstract:
A mechanical pen comprises an outer sleeve (6), a middle sleeve (4), an inner tube (1), and a propelling ring (2). A chuck (3) and a claw (5) are provided on the propelling ring (2). Longitudinal grooves are arranged in the inner tube (1) and the middle sleeve (4) respectively, and spiral flutes are provided in the outer sleeve (6). The propelling ring (2) is fitted over an outer surface of the inner tube, the middle sleeve (4) is fitted over an outer surface of the propelling ring, and the outer sleeve (6) is fitted over an outer surface of the middle sleeve. A writing core can be filled in the pen from a front or a rear end of the pen. The writing core can be projected from the pen by rotating when used. The utilization rate of the writing core can be optimized if the writing core is filled from the rear end of the pen. The mechanical pen can solve a problem that the propelling ring and the writing core to be used must have the same diameters, so the writing core to be used can be very thin.
