Abstract:
A medical instrument (1000), comprising a stent (100) and a constraint device (300), the constraint device (300) being used to constrain the tail portion of the stent (100), thus avoiding tangling of the tail portion of the stent (100), and finally ensuring successful release of the stent (100). Specifically, the stent (100) has a first proximal end and a first distal end opposite to each other, the first distal end is configured to have a deployed state and a converged state, and the tail portion of the first distal end comprises several protrusions (111). The constraint device (300) comprises a main body (310) and a clamping mechanism (320), the clamping mechanism (320) is provided at the distal end of the main body (310), the main body (310) extends through the first proximal end to the first distal end, and the clamping mechanism (320) passes through all or a part of the protrusions (111) to limit relative movement between the protrusions (111), thereby avoiding tangling between the protrusions (111), and reducing the deformation of the stent (100) in a delivery sheath, thereby enabling the stent (100) to smoothly deploy after being separated from the sheath.
