A medical mouthpiece, comprising a main body (10) and at least one bite portion (20), wherein one end of the main body (10) is provided with a first baffle plate (11); a fluid channel (12) is formed inside the main body (10); the first baffle plate (11) is provided with a first gas outlet hole (15) in communication with the fluid channel (12); the bite portion (20) comprises a bite plate (21) and a second baffle plate (22); and one end of the bite plate (21) is fixedly connected to the end of the first baffle plate (11) that is away from the main body (10). When in use, teeth bite the bite plate (21), such that the first baffle plate (11) is located between the outer side of the teeth and lips, and the second baffle plate (22) is located on the inner side of the teeth; and when the teeth bite the bite plate (21), a gap is formed between the upper and lower teeth, and the first gas outlet hole (15) is aligned with the gap between the upper and lower teeth, such that an atomized drug or gas can completely enter the oral cavity of a user. When in use, even if the user does not clench the bite plate (21) due to being distracted, since the second baffle plate (22) abuts against the inner side of the teeth, and the first baffle plate (11) is located between the outer side of the teeth and the lips, the bite portion (20) can be prevented from coming out of the mouth.
