Abstract:
A sperm optimization device and an operation method therefor. The sperm optimization device comprises a specimen area (1), a buffer area (3) and a collection area (2), wherein the buffer area (3) is arranged between the specimen area (1) and the collection area (2); the buffer area (3) is provided with several micro-channels in a horizontal direction; one end of each of the micro-channels is in communication with the specimen area (1), and the other end thereof is in communication with the collection area (2); the specimen area (1) is provided with an injection port, and is used for loading sperm specimens to be optimized; and the collection area (2) is provided with a sampling port, and is used for loading optimized sperm. The sperm optimization device is sequentially provided with the specimen area (1), the buffer area (3) and the collection area (2) in the horizontal direction, so that passive mixing of sperms due to a composition difference between a specimen original solution and a buffer solution is avoided, and the accuracy of sperm optimization is effectively improved.
