A medical protective mask, comprising a mask body and adjustable fixing bands (1) penetrating out of the two sides of the mask body. The mask body comprises an upper sheet (2), a body (3), and a lower sheet (4) which are sequentially connected and are all narrow on the two sides and wide in the middle; an upper edge of the interior of the upper sheet (2) is provided with a nose bridge strip (5); the adjustable fixing bands (1) are provided on the upper edge of the interior of the upper sheet (2) in a tight fitting and penetrating manner, penetrate out to the outer side of the upper sheet (2) from the position ranges, which do not exceed two ends of the nose bridge strip (5) in the length direction, of the upper sheet (2), and penetrate through a positioning belt buckle (21) provided in the middle of the outer side of the upper sheet (2) and corresponding to the nose bridge strip (5) in position. The filtering structure and the mounting structure are more reasonable, the mask body fits the face contour, and reasonable stress included angles are formed between the mask body and the adjustable fixing bands (1) in the up-down direction, so that the sealing of the mask body is protected, the size of a dead space is small enough, the gas exchange area during breathing is enlarged, and the mask is safe and comfortable to use.
