Abstract:
Provided are a medical waste plasma gasification melting treatment apparatus, system and method. The medical waste plasma gasification melting treatment apparatus comprises a gasification melting furnace body (1), a first plasma torch (2) and an electrode (3), and the first plasma torch (2) and the electrode (3) are arranged on the lower side at the interior of the gasification melting furnace body (1), wherein the first plasma torch (2) is located above a molten pool (4), and the electrode (3) is located in the molten pool (4). In the medical waste plasma gasification melting treatment apparatus, the first plasma torch (2) is arranged above the molten pool (4), while the electrode (3) is arranged inside the molten pool (4). The electrode (3) heats the molten pool (4) to ensure the fluidity of the molten pool (4), and the gas phase is heated and burned by means of the first plasma torch (2). By means of combining heating modes in such a manner, the size of a melting furnace is reduced. Also, since the plasma torch does not need to provide the heat required for melting bottom slag, a low-power plasma torch may be selected.
