Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a flocculent material for bone regeneration uses a wet spinning method and involves putting 50-80% by weight of calcium salt particles and 50-20% by weight of PDLLGA resin in a mixing container, dissolving the same in acetone and stirring the same to prepare a spinning solution in which the calcium salt particles are dispersed in the solution and which has a resin concentration of 10-20% by weight, filling a syringe with the prepared spinning solution, and extruding the spinning solution filling the syringe from a discharge port of an injection needle having a predetermined diameter to inject the same into a collector container filled with a poor solvent, wherein the spinning solution injected into the poor solvent is solidified and fiberized in the poor solvent through interdiffusion caused by desorption of an organic solvent and penetration of the poor solvent, and the fibers solidified in the poor solvent are deposited within the collector container in a floating state without adhesion between fibers and collected in a flocculent form.
