Abstract:
The present invention relates to a member plate attaching apparatus for attaching a member plate to an FPC, and a member plate separating unit and a press unit used therefor, the apparatus comprising: a member plate separating unit including a member plate tape unwinder drawing a member plate tape, an upper tape rewinder collecting an upper tape from the member plate tape which is being drawn, a lower tape rewinder collecting a lower tape, and a transfer robot picking up the member plate; a member plate supplying unit sequentially supplying the transferred member plate; a member plate mounting unit including a pick-up head picking up the supplied member plate and an X-axis drive guide transferring the pick-up head in an X-direction; an FPC pattern carriage unit including a loading plate in which FPC patterns are loaded and the member plate is mounted by means of the pick-up head and a Y-axis drive table transferring the loading plate in a Y direction; and a press unit attaching the member plate by pressing the member plate onto the FPC pattern transferred in the Y direction together with the loading plate in a state whereby the member plate is seated on the FPC pattern. By virtue of this configuration, a step of attaching the member plate to the FPC pattern is rapidly performed during a procedure of attaching the member plate to the FPC.
