Abstract:
A member to be brazed made of aluminum to be brazed with a member made of a brazing sheet, the member to be brazed made of aluminum being characterized in that two or more grooves are provided on the surface of a fillet formation range of the member to be brazed made of aluminum, the grooves have a groove depth (D1) of 0.005 to 0.50 mm, the grooves have a groove width (W1) of 0.005 to 0.50 mm, the ratio (W1/D1) of the groove width (W1) relative to the groove depth (D1) is 10.00 or below, and the spacing (P1) between adjacent grooves is 0.00-0.30 mm. The present invention makes it possible to obtain an aluminum alloy material and a method for manufacturing a brazed body with which it is possible, when brazing an aluminum material without using flux, to ensure a good brazing performance even when the spacing between members to be joined is larger.
