Title:
ALUMINUM MEMBER TO BE BRAZED AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING BRAZING BODY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/200639
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This aluminum member to be brazed, which is brazed to a brazing sheet, is characterized in that: two or more grooves are provided in the surface of a fillet formation range of the aluminum member to be brazed; the groove depth (D1) of the groove is 0.005-0.50 mm; the groove width (W1) of the groove is 0.005-0.50 mm; a ratio (W1/D1) of the groove width (W1) to the groove depth (D1) is 10.00 or less; and an interval (P1) between the adjacent grooves is 0.00-0.30 mm. The present invention can provide a method for producing an aluminum material and a brazing body capable of securing good brazing properties in spite of a large gap between joining members when an aluminum material is brazed without using flux.
