Abstract:
A memory, comprising a control chip (114); and a plurality of memory chips (100), wherein the plurality of memory chips (100) are electrically connected to the control chip (114) by sharing a channel (01), the plurality of memory chips (100) are configured to use the same clock signal, and the plurality of memory chips (100) exchange information with the control chip (114) in different clock states of the clock signal, respectively. The number of channels of the memory can be reduced.
