Abstract:
A MEMS sound producing apparatus (100), comprising: a base (1) comprising an upper surface (11) and a lower surface (12) and provided with an acoustic chamber (13), the acoustic chamber (13) comprising an upper opening (131) and a lower opening (132); a first diaphragm (2) fixed to the upper surface (11) and comprising a middle dome portion (21); a second diaphragm (3) fixed to the lower surface (12), and comprising a high-frequency vibration portion (31) and a low-frequency vibration portion (32); a connection member (4) having an end fixed to the first diaphragm (2) and another end fixed to the second diaphragm (3); a high-frequency driving device (5) fixed to the high-frequency vibration portion (31); and a low-frequency driving device (6) fixed to the low-frequency vibration portion (32). The MEMS sound producing apparatus (100) can produce high-quality full-frequency sound. The high-frequency vibration portion (31) and the low-frequency vibration portion (32) are elastically connected to reduce mutual influence therebetween, thereby improving the high-frequency sound quality of the high-frequency vibration portion (31) and the low-frequency sound quality of the low-frequency vibration portion (32).
