Abstract:
Disclosed is a vapor chamber. The vapor chamber comprises an upper cover plate (10) and a lower cover plate (20), the upper cover plate (10) and the lower cover plate (20) being connected to jointly enclose a vacuum chamber (30). The vapor chamber further comprises a capillary structure (40) and a cooling medium, which are accommodated in the vacuum chamber (30). The upper cover plate (10) is provided, in a stamping manner, with a recessed portion (11) which is recessed away from the lower cover plate (20); the lower cover plate (20) is provided, in a stamping manner, with several protruding portions (21) which protrude close to the upper cover plate (10); the lower cover plate (20) covers the recessed portion (11) and forms the vacuum chamber (30) together with the upper cover plate (10) in an enclosing manner; the protruding portions (21) are accommodated in the vacuum chamber (30); and the capillary structure (40) is accommodated in the recessed portion (11) and is positioned between the protruding portions (21) and the bottom surface of the recessed portion (11). By means of the above means, a manufacturing process can be simplified, the manufacturing time can be shortened, and the improvement of the production efficiency is facilitated.
