Abstract:
The present invention supports business activities so as to make it easy to acquire necessary customer information and to make it possible to propose a wide variety of merchandise matching the needs of the customer.
A merchandise information providing server 30 comprises: a first storage unit which stores an item list of customer information to be acquired; a second storage unit which stores a conversation guide in association with each of the items in the customer information; a third storage unit which stores merchandise information that has been registered by a registrant terminal 10, in association with a condition for providing the merchandise information; and an information providing unit which stores in the first storage unit customer-information acquired at a client terminal 50, in association with each of the items in the item list, acquires from the second storage unit a conversation guide corresponding to any item in the item list for which customer information has not yet been acquired, and, if stored customer information corresponds to the condition for providing the merchandise information, acquires the merchandise information from the third storage unit and provides the merchandise information to the client terminal 50.
