Abstract:

The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a message processing method and apparatus, for solving the problems that existing message recognition requires complex manual configuration and is prone to error, and when a network changes, a user needs to perceive the change and change the configuration, so as to satisfy the requirements of the user for message recognition and isolation. The method comprises: a first network device receives a first route feature from a second network device, wherein the first route feature is a route feature taking a first-type port of the second network device as a route outcoming interface; according to the first route feature, the first network device configures first message identifier information for a first-type message and/or configures second message identifier information for a second-type message, the first message identifier information and/or the second message identifier information being used for distinguishing the first-type message from the second-type message, wherein the first-type message is a message having a route feature matching the first route feature, and the second-type message is a message having a route feature not matching the first route feature.
