Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a message transmission method and a communication apparatus. The method can be executed by a link load orchestration function instance or a chip in the link load orchestration function instance, the link load orchestration function instance is connected to a service-based instance by means of a service-based interface, and the link load orchestration function instance is connected to a non-service-based instance by means of a non-service-based interface. The method comprises: receiving a first message from a first instance by means of a first-type interface; determining second-type transmission interface information on the basis of the first message; and sending a second message to a second instance by means of a second-type interface and on the basis of the first message and the transmission interface information, wherein the first-type interface is a service-based interface, and the second-type interface is a non-service-based interface; or, the first-type interface is a non-service-based interface, and the second-type interface is a service-based interface. Thus, the flexibility of message transmission in a communication system can be improved.
