Abstract:
The problem addressed by the present invention is to uniformly form a corrosion prevention coating film having at least a certain thickness at a coating subject having a complex shape. This metal material coating agent contains an aqueous dispersion (I) resulting from dispersing, in an aqueous medium, an epoxy resin (A), a blocked polyisocyanate compound (B), and an acrylic resin (C) that is a copolymer of 1-20 mass% of a polymerizable unsaturated monomer (c1) containing at least one hydrophilic group selected from the neutralized base of sulfonic acid and a sulfonate group, 10-60 mass% of a hydroxyl-group-containing polymerizable unsaturated monomer (c2), and 30-89 mass% of another polymerizable unsaturated monomer (c3), wherein the amount contained of the epoxy resin (A), the blocked polyisocyanate compound (B), and the acrylic resin (C) is, with respect to the total solid content mass thereof, respectively 5-90 mass% of the epoxy resin (A), 1-50 mass% of the blocked polyisocyanate compound (B), and 1-90 mass% of the acrylic resin (C).
