Abstract:
Provided are a preparation method for a metal oxide having an ordered intersecting nanowire array, and a metal oxide material having an ordered intersecting nanowire array prepared according to said method. The present method performs synthesis using an amphiphilic block copolymer as a templating agent, tetrahydrofuran as a solvent, and a polyoxometalate as an inorganic precursor; the block copolymer provides structure-directing agent functionality, a hydrophilic end thereof binding to an anion of the polyoxometalate by means of electrostatic force, forming a core-shell cylindrical micelle in the solvent, and during a volatilization process of the solvent, self-assembling to form a layered, intersecting, stacked organic-inorganic compound having an ordered nanostructure; firing in air to remove the templating agent, obtaining a metal oxide having ordered intersecting nanowires with multiple component elements. The present nanowire array material has high specific surface area and high crystallinity, and also realizes uniform doping of heteroatoms. The present method is simple, raw materials are easy to obtain, and it is appropriate for scale production.
