Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of nanoporous materials, and specifically relates to a method for preparing a two-dimensional ordered mesoporous nanosheet by inorganic salt interface-induced assembly. The method of the present invention comprises: using a soluble inorganic salt as a substrate and an amphiphilic block copolymer as a templating agent, and employing vacuum suction filtration or low-speed centrifugation to achieve the uniform diffusion and transfer of a target precursor solution on an inorganic salt crystal interface; using a solvent volatization-induced co-assembly technique to form a highly ordered single-layer mesoporous structure; and promoting the volatilization of the organic solvent and the induction of the formation thereof by means of a gradient temperature-controlled Oswald ripening process, and removing the templating agent under the protection of N2 to obtain a highly ordered single-layer two-dimensional mesoporous nanosheet material. The assembled nanosheet material has a large pore diameter, regular spherical pores and an orderly arrangement; by means of changing the type of the precursor, a variety of mesoporous metal oxides, metal simple substances and inorganic non-metallic nanosheets may be synthesized. The method of the present invention is simple and the raw materials are easily obtained; the method has universal applicability to nano materials, and is suitable for up-scaled production.
