Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of iron chain machining. Disclosed is a metallic iron chain machining iron wire feeding and winding disc apparatus, comprising: a mounting plate, an outer plate being fixedly mounted on a surface of the mounting plate, and an inner plate being fixedly connected to an end of the outer plate distant from the mounting plate; a drive rod, rotatably connected to a surface of the mounting plate; a cavity formed in the outer plate, buffer springs being fixedly mounted at an upper side and a lower side of an end of an inner wall of the cavity distant from the inner plate. In the present metallic iron chain machining iron wire feeding and winding disc apparatus, iron wire is pressed tightly against the interior of the inner plate by means of a pressing rod, preventing the phenomenon of a transportation rate by affected by the fact that the iron wire swings during transportation due to its own mass, and avoiding a situation in which the iron wire cannot be machined as normal; when friction between a triggering block and the iron wire decreases due to wear, a connecting plate drives an arc-shaped block to move in a direction approaching the iron wire so as to increase friction, avoiding a situation in which wear on the arc-shaped block due to long-term transportation causes the transportation rate to be reduced, affecting machining of the iron wire.
