Abstract:
Provided are a laminate body and a metamaterial comprising: a substrate provided with at least an elastic layer having an elastic recovery rate at 25°C of 80% or less; and a pattern formed on the surface of the elastic layer, wherein the pattern comprises a conductive material and/or a material that changes from a non-conductor to a conductor.
