Title:
METHOD FOR ACCUMULATING MINUTE OBJECT, AND METHOD FOR DETECTING MINUTE OBJECT USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/234830
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A first step is a step for preparing a sample so as to contact a bowl region. A second step is a step for irradiating the bowl region with laser light to generate microbubbles in the laser light irradiation region, and accumulating a plurality of minute objects around the microbubbles. The bowl region includes a thin metal film (211), a conductive polymer film (112), and a thin metal film (113). The thin metal film (211) has a material that converts laser light into heat. In the conductive polymer film (112), a plurality of bowl-type structures are periodically arranged on the thin metal film (211). The thin metal film (113) has a material that converts laser light into heat, and is disposed on at least a portion of the conductive polymer film (112). The sizes of the plurality of bowl-type structures and the laser light irradiation region are defined so that the whole of at least two bowl-type structures among the plurality of bowl-type structures is included in the irradiation region.
