Abstract:
The present application provides a method for analyzing droplets on the basis of volume distribution, comprising: using a sample containing a target molecule to prepare a system to be emulsified, and obtaining total volume V of the sample; emulsifying the system to be emulsified into droplets, implementing conditions and operations required for execution of amplification reaction on the droplets obtained by emulsification, such that the droplets containing the sample undergo amplification reaction to obtain a droplet system; obtaining droplet image information of the droplet system, and obtaining the total number n of droplets on the basis of the droplet image information; obtaining droplet volume distribution information of the droplet system on the basis of the droplet image information; counting the number j of negative droplets or the number n-j of positive droplets among the n droplets; and performing quantitative analysis on the target molecule according to the total volume V, the total number n of droplets, the droplet volume distribution information, and the number j of negative droplets or the number n-j of positive droplets. The present application eliminates the dependence on single droplet volume data obtaining, reduces technique-related software and hardware costs, and effectively improves the calculation efficiency and the accuracy of droplet analysis. The present application further provides a computer device and a storage medium.
