Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for determining a blind zone warning area, which can be applied to aided driving and autonomous driving. The method comprises: acquiring a traveling speed and a steering wheel turning angle of a first vehicle; and determining blind zone warning areas on two sides of the first vehicle according to the traveling speed and the steering wheel turning angle. The method can be used in a data processing procedure of a vehicle to adjust a blind zone warning area on the basis of the traveling state of the vehicle, thus improving the accuracy of a hazard warning. The present invention can be applied to the Internet of vehicles, such as vehicle to everything (V2X), long term evolution-vehicle (LTE-V) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V).
